About D-Day 70

These images are from the D-Day 70 commemorations, Portsmouth, and were taken over the weekend of 6th June 2014. The events included remembrance ceremonies and a veteran’s parades – a much larger commemoration even than D-Day 60 and now relocated to Sothsea Common.

Currently, all images form an uncurated collection. At the end of the project, there will be curate a collection of images that, when considered together, best represent the project.
