About a Foggy Night in Ludlow
The pictures here were taken on a foggy evening’s journey into Ludlow in December 2024. They include an image of the now closed down Rickards of Ludlow – an ironmongers shop established in 1864 which closed for the last time in 2024.

(All images have been made with a vintage 58mm Helios 44-2 f2 lens – coincidentally, first released around the year I was born – they were all shot ‘wide open’ at an aperture of f2 and, unusually for me, in colour)
