The Road to Petauke
From Mfuwe Lodge we headed by road to Petauke.
The town of Petauke is in the Eastern Province of Zambia, about 400 km from the capital and halfway between Lusaka and the Malawi border.

Sima
Maize or corn flours is used to make the food dish called sima, a mashed potato liked dish that UNESCO have added to the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity – one of the few foods in the list.
