These images were taken in the small Italian village of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi in 2019.
Santa Maria delle Grazie
The Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie stands in the central square of Sant’Agata. Built in a 1745 the church has a fine seventeenth-century altar by the sculptor and architect of the Florentine school, Dionisio Lazzari. It also boasts some fine paintings, including John Antonino D’amato il Giovane’s ‘Madonna delle Grazi’ and a statue of St. Agatha.
