thresholds was a micro-project based on a short stay in the small Welsh seaside town of Tenby in October 2020 – between Covid-19 lockdowns. These images were taken on a subsequent stay in October 2021 following some easing on Covid regulations.
The project is influenced by the work of the Tenby poet Alison J Bielski
pembroke castle
Pembroke Castle is a substantial Norman castle founded 1093. It stands at the Western tip of the peninsular surrounded by water on three sides and was the seat of the powerful Earls of Pembroke and the birthplace of King Henry VII of England.
