About Ypres 11.11.11
.These images are from a visit to Ypres, Belgium, and were taken over the weekend of 11th November 2011 – 11.11.11.
The images, taken in Ypres (Ieper) and at the Tyne Cot Cemetery, now form part of the Markings project, but originally started as ‘The Unreturning’ – a smaller project that focused on Remembrance and which took its name from a’ poem by Wilfred Owen, the First World War poet.
