Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi
The small hilltop village of Sant’Agata is dominated by the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which was founded in 1745.
Just down from Sant’Agata is an area called “Vadabillo” and the discovery of a vast sixth/seven century necropolis on this site (and an amphora depicting a winged siren) have let some to speculate that this was once a Temple of the Sirens.
